  • 1 Slow Cooker
  • 1 Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Measuring Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 15 oz Diced tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Green Olives
  • 1 Cup Kalamata Olives
  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken broth to the slo cooker
  • Add Chicken Breast to the slow cooker
  • Add the diced tomatoes and spices (don't drain the tomatoes)
  • Add the olives
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
  • shred the chicken and enjoy!
