In a chilled mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
Mix
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed until soft peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).

Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days
Notes
You can freeze and thaw the leftovers, but it can be difficult to achieve the right consistency. It's best to let it thaw and then re-whip.
